Terms of Service
Votelyra policy and product-concept terms.
Updated: October 29, 2026
These terms apply to purchases through the Votelyra storefront. Checkout charges for the selected plan, quantity and number of months. Keep your confirmed order reference and contact the merchant for activation.
1. The service and eligibility
Votelyra is intended to help organizers create polls, invite voters, and display results. Features and limits depend on the selected plan. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and must provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for activity performed through your seats and for protecting account credentials.
2. Payment and plan terms
The total and currency are shown before you continue to the hosted payment page. Payment covers the selected term. This checkout does not establish automatic recurring charges. Contact the merchant for activation, changes or cancellation questions.
3. Acceptable Use and voting integrity
One person, one vote. No vote buying, no manipulation, no impersonation campaigns. You must not purchase votes, coordinate fake participation, automate responses, evade voter limits, impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent a poll’s purpose. You must not use the service for unlawful discrimination, harassment, malware, phishing, or interference with another person’s systems.
Cookie and email-verification safeguards may discourage duplicate participation but cannot guarantee unique human identity. Votelyra should not be presented as suitable for binding governmental elections or other high-stakes decisions without independent controls. Audit logs on Grand are account activity records, not a claim of third-party audited results.
4. Voter privacy
Voter emails are used only for the vote and never sold. Organizers must provide any legally required notice, obtain necessary permissions, and avoid collecting unnecessary personal information. You retain responsibility for the lawfulness of your ballot content, invitations, exports, and retention decisions.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the operator only the permissions needed to host, process, and display that content for the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to uploaded text and images. The Votelyra name, visual system, software, and original site material remain the operator’s property or are used under applicable rights.
6. Cancellation, suspension, and refunds
You may cancel a live subscription through the provided account or support route. Access ordinarily continues through the paid period. The operator may suspend activity that threatens security, violates these rules, or exposes others to harm. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The service may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability limitation in a final operating agreement should be reviewed for the jurisdictions where the service is offered.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes should be notified through reasonable means and accompanied by an updated date. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where lawful. Contact Victor Hugo Hernandez at [email protected] or +1 7015555859 for questions.
